1、3D drawing available
① Topbuilt make a prototype as per 3D drawing
② Customer check all the dimensions and feeling in hand
③ Topbuilt make adjustment if any OR Customer confirm
④ Both parties sign an agreement on new tooling development
⑤ Topbuilt work on new tooling and prepare counter samples
⑥ Customer confirm the samples
⑦ Customer place the order
2、Physical sample available OR only concept
① Topbuilt work out 3D drawing as per sample/concept
② Topbuilt make a prototype as per 3D drawing
③ Customer check all the dimensions and feeling in hand
④ Topbuilt make adjustment if any OR Customer confirm
⑤ Both parties sign an agreement on new tooling development
⑥ Topbuilt work on new tooling and prepare counter samples
⑦ Customer confirm the samples

4.Quality Assurance
Offering our customers high quality at all times is an elementary component of the Topbuilt corporate philosophy. For this reason, we offer our customers a voluntary warranty of five years on our products. This warranty does not apply to any defects or problems caused in whole or party by abuse, misuse, worn out. Topbuilt makes no other warranties with respect to the hammers/tools or their suitability for specific applications.
5.OEM service ① For customers with their own brands, we provide customized products to brand customers. ② If the customer does not have a brand, we have stock in the country and can accept small batch orders. ③ If customers need to purchase individually, they can place an order directly on Amazon |
